Understand the property. Make an informed decision.

Understanding a property also means examining its records. Before selling or buying, it is important to establish what information is available, what checks are needed and which issues may affect the transaction.

ClouCasa organises the property due diligence process, coordinating information gathering and the work of qualified professionals. Our aim is to provide a clearer picture of the property so you can make an informed decision.

Define and gather

We agree on the purpose, scope, timing and costs of the assignment. We gather available documentation on ownership history, cadastral records, building permissions, condominium matters and any tenancies or occupancy.

Coordinate the checks

We organise discussions with qualified technical advisers, the notary and other relevant professionals. Depending on the assignment, checks may cover consistency between records and actual conditions, planning and cadastral matters, mortgages, restrictions and other relevant issues.

Understand the findings

We collect findings and distinguish documented matters from open questions. Together with the professionals involved, we explain further checks and any work, timing and costs to consider before further commitments.
