Preparing the sale with care
We organise available documentation and identify the checks required. We coordinate with the notary and qualified technical and other advisers, including on authority to represent the organisation, any necessary approvals and applicable restrictions.
Promoting properties and supporting people
We manage property presentation, promotion and viewings. We follow offers and negotiations through to the notarial deed, keeping the organisation informed of the work undertaken and the factors supporting the price and agreed terms.
