EN1. Origin and authenticity of testimonials
The reviews and expressions of appreciation published on this website come exclusively from people who have actually used the professional services provided by ClouCasa® or the work carried out directly by Ms Maria Ippoliti, as well as qualified professionals with established working relationships with the agency.
2. Collection methods and prohibition of misleading practices
Testimonials are collected directly through the Owner using the following channels:
- signed paper statements at the company’s premises;
- correspondence by ordinary or certified email;
- instant messaging systems, including WhatsApp, or other communication channels normally used by the individual during the contractual relationship.
ClouCasa® publishes only statements received directly from the individual concerned and clearly attributable to a genuine contractual or collaborative experience. In compliance with the prohibitions on unfair or misleading commercial practices, publication is strictly excluded for reviews generated by automated or algorithmic systems, statements purchased or obtained in exchange for benefits or undisclosed incentives, and any content from people who are not genuine clients or verified professional partners.
3. Client confidentiality and identification of professional partners
When publishing testimonials, ClouCasa® applies different arrangements for disclosing identifying information, guided by data minimisation and the legal status of the person making the statement:
- Protecting client confidentiality: with particular reference to private clients and final consumers, ClouCasa®’s primary and overriding aim is to preserve the utmost confidentiality concerning their personal and financial affairs. Their testimonials are therefore published with full identifying details omitted or pseudonymised, in strict compliance with applicable personal data protection legislation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR);
- Reviews by collaborating professionals: this website also hosts references and testimonials from professionals, consultants and business operators who work in cooperation with ClouCasa®. In these cases, as the confidentiality concerns described above for private contracting parties no longer apply and the aims of commercial transparency and recognition of the parties’ professional qualifications take precedence, the statement is published with the professional’s full name and any professional title.
4. Transparency, verifiability and document retention
Reviews are published in accordance with transparency, professional fairness, good faith and objective verifiability. For these purposes, and within the limits of applicable law, ClouCasa® reserves the right to retain appropriate supporting documentation and evidence to establish the authenticity of the source and the clear connection between each statement and a genuine client or collaborating professional.
5. Moderation, exclusion and removal of content
ClouCasa® reserves the sole right to withhold publication or immediately remove any contribution that, in its considered assessment, is:
- false, misleading, deliberately altered or lacking objective support;
- insulting, defamatory, harmful to a person’s dignity or otherwise contrary to mandatory rules, public policy or accepted standards of conduct, or manifestly unrelated to the services provided;
- infringing intellectual property or other rights of third parties, or containing personal data that is excessive or irrelevant to the informational purposes, subject to the express provisions of section 3 concerning collaborating professionals.
6. Purposes of processing and reporting channel
Reviews are made publicly available solely to inform users and provide transparency, in full compliance with consumer protection legislation (Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended) and the rules governing fair commercial communications.
